Domaine de Chalamon - Fontenille Collection
Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, France
About the stay
Domaine de Chalamon is a 16th-century bastide on the outskirts of Saint-Remy-de-Provence, hidden behind tall cypress hedges and a double avenue of century-old plane trees at the heart of the Alpilles. Part of the Fontenille Collection, the estate spans nearly 15 hectares and is celebrated for its six gardens, sculpted over decades by landscape designer Dominique Lafourcade, ranging from cypress esplanades and clipped boxwood parterres to topiary olive groves threaded with streams.
