When do I pay?
Never to plan. If you book, the supplier (cruise line, hotel or operator) sets the deposit and final payment dates, and you pay through Fora or the supplier directly. You'll see the exact dates before you commit.
Does the waitlist cost anything?
No. No deposit, no card. If a spot opens and you choose to book, any deposit is paid then.
Can I use my points?
Yes. Book your flights with points on your own, add them under My Flights, and your trip designer plans everything else around them.
Why the exact passport name?
Airlines and cruise lines match your ticket to your passport. A mismatch can mean a denied boarding or a name-change fee, so copy it exactly, middle names included.
Is the airport transfer free?
Depends on the hotel. Some include it, some charge. Your advisor checks and confirms before anything is booked.
How exact are these flight times?
They're estimates from distance plus a buffer, not schedules. Real routings and stops are confirmed by your advisor.
Who actually books it?
Your trip designer, an independent travel advisor of Fora Travel (Florida Seller of Travel ST43973), books with the supplier for you.
